This is a case where a hopper for wheat flour has been adopted. Bridging occurs due to the type of wheat flour, so a Brody disk was installed as a countermeasure. Issues that could not be resolved with a shock-type bridge breaker were cleared with this equipment. There are multiple types of wheat flour, and only a few types cause bridging, so air is manually turned on only when a problem occurs.
